Guest Profile

This document explains the features of the Guest Profile page, which provides a centralized view of all information related to a specific guest.

Key Features​

  • Guest Information Panel:
    • Displays the guest's core details: First Name, Last Name, E-mail, and Phone.
    • Allows for direct editing of guest information within the form fields.
    • The E-mail field is locked (disabled) if the guest's email has been previously verified.
  • Document Viewer:
    • Displays an image of the guest's passport, if one has been uploaded.
    • Shows the guest's digital signature, if available.
  • Collapsible Payments History:
    • An expandable section labeled "Payments" that shows the total amount paid by the guest.
    • When expanded, it reveals a detailed table of all transactions, including payment date, type, description, and amount.
  • Collapsible Booking History:
    • An expandable section labeled "Booking Dates" that shows the total value of all the guest's bookings.
    • When expanded, it reveals a table listing each stay, including the date, booking platform (e.g., Booking.com), and the cost.
  • Update Functionality:
    • A single "Update User" button to save any changes made to the guest's personal information.

How to Use​

  1. View Guest Details: Upon opening, the page displays the guest's primary contact information at the top and their documents below.
  2. Update Information: To make changes, type directly into the First Name, Last Name, or Phone fields. Click the Update User button at the bottom to save your changes.
  3. Review Payments: Click on the Payments label to expand the section and view a detailed history of all financial transactions for that guest.
  4. Review Bookings: Click on the Booking Dates label to expand the section and see a history of all the guest's past and future stays.
