This document describes the "Guests" page, which provides a central directory for viewing and searching for all guests in the system.

Key Features

• Guest Table:
  • Displays a comprehensive list of all guests.
  • Columns include: Full Name, Contact (Phone & Email), Nationality, Status, and Booking Source.
• Live Search Bar:
  • A search field at the top allows for real-time filtering of the guest list.
  • The search works across multiple fields, including guest names and contact information.
• Clickable Guest Rows:
  • Each row in the table is interactive.
  • Clicking on a guest's row opens their detailed profile page.
• Visual Status Indicators:
  • The "Status" column displays a color-coded badge (e.g., pending, active, checked_in) for each guest, making it easy to see their current state at a glance.
• Booking Source Icons:
  • The "Source" column shows which platform the booking came from (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com) using clear icons.

How to Use

1. Search for a Guest: Type a guest's name, email, or phone number into the search bar. The table will automatically update to show matching results.
2. Browse Guests: Scroll through the list to view all guests currently in the system.
3. View Guest Details: To see more information about a specific guest, simply click on their row in the table. This will navigate you to their full profile.
4. Check Guest Status: Quickly identify the status of any guest by looking at the colored badge in the "Status" column.
